Our stay at villa Insula was fantastic. The location of the house, right on the sea coast, is exceptional. The house is located in a very quiet bay with a beautiful view of the sea. The entire facility is very well maintained and well equipped. We felt at home. Marko is an excellent host: He met us in the town of Vela Luka and escorted us to the house from there. He explained everything very well, gave us the keys, even some welcome gifts. We definitely want to come back!

We had an amazing holiday-experience! Really everything was extraordinary: The house is amazing: Inside and outside modern, functional and above all lovingly and very tastefully decorated. The beach is 20 m down, the water crystal clear and a true snorkeling experience. The view of the sea, the sunsets, the peace and quiet have delighted us every day. The landlord has thought of everything: he welcomed us very warmly, the house lovingly prepared for our arrival. He speaks perfect English, was always available for us, very committed and cordial. About the Place

Experience your perfect summer getaway

The property is thoughtfully built to resemble a traditional Dalmatian village, featuring two small house residences surrounding a central court. The land features a producing olive orchard, and you will be able to enjoy the olive oil harvested directly from the land. The property is 100% off-grid, powered by solar panels with a propane cook range and propane on-demand water heater. There’s an outdoor, covered wood-fired barbecue grill. Water is supplied by a rainwater catchment system piped throughout the property.

This is a rare, direct seafront property, on over an acre of land, with a private parking and a private road leading to the house. It is situated at a point of Stiniva Bay on the Northern coast of Korčula island. Despite the remote location, ferry connections to the mainland, stores, bars, restaurants, and other modern conveniences can be found only 3km away in the town of Vela Luka.
